Training Policies and Procedures

  • We train a minimum of 5 days per week, in most all weather, making exceptions for extreme conditions. Visits or sessions are by appointment only. We try to not conduct training or visits on Sundays. Sundays are time set aside for family or hunting or time with our own dogs. We can if necessary make exceptions for Sunday appointments or visits but kindly ask you call well before for this exception.
  • All visitors, sessions, drop-offs, and pick-ups are by appointment only and at mutually convenient times as available. Due to the nature of our business, we do not keep normal business hours. We keep very tight daily training schedules and appointment's.
  • We discourage visits early in training and during force fetch as this can disrupt the dog's adjustment and progress. Due to the tight restrictions of our daily training places and our training schedules we encourage prior contact before coming for social visits.
  • Feel free to contact us at any time to check on your dogs progress but keep in mind with our tight daily training schedules we may not have an immediate update on your dogs progress, we will contact you as soon as possible about your dogs progress.
  • As training progresses it will be the owners responsibility to participate in the training as we work toward a team, which will include the owner when the dog returns home.
  • We will contact you if it is necessary to take your dog to the vet if is not an emergency, in the case of an emergency and you or your vet is not available we will take the dog to the vet of our choice.
  • Dogs being shipped home must go C.O.D. or the shipping costs must be paid in advance along with your training bill before shipment. Shipping dates are subject to constraints by weather. We can also make arrangements for mutually agreed upon drop off location with the owner paying for mileage to and from the location.
